All packed for Oxfam! Catch up coffee with Allyn. Then back to the hockey turf for another season. My little boy now looks like he belongs on a field of men! Scary!

It must be time for another Oxfam plug. Yes, I’m officially mad and will be walking 100km with my equally crazy friends and teammates on March 25th 2017. We have started training and fund raising. Check out and ‘like’ our Facebook page and our Oxfam page.
As one way of fund raising I am recycling old blankets and turning them into cushions. These are my first efforts. How much would you pay for one? Any old blankets gratefully received…

8The 2017 Oxfam Trailwalker campaign is underway! First team training walk today as the Minions and it was a wet and muddy climb up Kakepuku.
Our new team name is March a Minion Miles inspired by our crazy team mate, Paula who is minion mad!

Out on the road again! Pushed by my much fitter Oxfam team mates but good to be challenged in the winter sunshine. 10km out to Horotiu along the mighty Waikato.
