Enjoyed an amazing spectacle at Clarence Street Theatre this evening. Tiki Taane’s music and contemporary dance told am emotional and raw story. No photos allowed during the show but he was happy to be snapped while autographing CDs.
Wednesday is game night! Hillcrest High School v St Paul’s College. Usually a white wash but our boys played their socks off and limited the St Paul’s team to 4! Result!
A day with no photos!! Well, apart from one of Aonghas who is an unwilling subject and who is reluctant to have his photo published on the Internet! So…edited, here it is!
Coldest day of the year so far. Ice on the windscreen and the hockey turf and the boardwalk round the lake! The light was beautiful as the sun rose.
Ran my fastest 15km yet today. It was a beautiful day out on the trails at Little Waipa. Cold, crisp but clear blue sky. Got to love autumn days like today!
EducampTheTron today. A small but passionate group of educators shared their thoughts and practice. Then a lazy afternoon reading on the couch by the fire! Bubbles on her mountain top!
An early start so I could finish early to go to see the Blacksticks play India with Aonghas. Lots of hockey players with ‘appointments’ this afternoon!
Early misty and rainy morning at the hockey turf or evening reading by the fire?
Plenty of food for thought in ‘Disobedient Teaching’ by Welby Ings.
Hockey. Unfortunately, not a glorious win but a well-fought game. This is a subdued, reflective team warming down.
