It was a tense match and went into drop offs after a full time nil all draw. Aonghas scored after a minute and a half but it was disallowed. But the boys held on, regained possession then a pass from Aonghas to Will who pushed it into the goal! A 1 – 0 win for fifth place. A great way for Aonghas, Will and Jared to finish their Hillcrest hockey careers. The rest of the team made a guard of honour as they left the turf.
