A stunning autumn day. Clear blue sky and perfect for a trail run that climbed 1000m then descended with some pretty technical stuff in the middle. River crossings, clambering up on all fours up steep slopes and slippy rocks made for a great course at the Cranleigh Kauri Run. Pleased with 3hrs 23mins. The views were amazing!
